AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team for the maintenance of our AI platform. The ideal candidate will be a rockstar engineer with a strong focus on customer service and experience in the healthcare industry.

Tasks

• Platform Maintenance: Oversee the daytoday maintenance of our AI platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our global client base addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
• IT Services: Handle installations applications and helpdesk support ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction.
• Client Database Management: Manage and maintain the client database ensuring data integrity and security.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to integrate new features and improvements to the platform.

Requirements

• Experience in AI and Healthcare: Proven experience in AI engineering with a background in the healthcare industry being a strong advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in platform maintenance IT services installations and helpdesk support.
• Customer Service Orientation: Strong focus on delivering highquality customer service with the ability to address and resolve client issues effectively.
• Reliability: 100% reliability for the duration of the contract ensuring continuous and uninterrupted service.
• Knowledge of Pax: Familiarity with Pax systems and eHR is preferred.
