Development Engineer Project Manager in High Voltage Sector Zurich Area Switzerland

Conditons of the Position

Work Location: Greater Zurich Area Switzerland**

Workload: 100%

Homeoffice: For residents of European countries: 1 day per week. For residents of Switzerland: at least 2 days per week (due to social insurance regulations)**

Tasks

Your Responsibilities:

• Independently lead development projects under the coordination of the development management
• Responsible for the structural development of high voltage accessories and systems
• Manage specific tasks within the R&D team particularly in the field of high voltage technology
• Develop expertise in material and process technology
• Oversee technical temporal and financial project specifications in the high voltage sector
• Support various departments within the company such as assembly project management and customer service
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the development of high voltage products
• Analyze and evaluate new technologies and trends in high voltage technology for continuous improvement and product development

Requirements

Your Qualifications:

• We are looking for a resilient and reliable individual with several years of experience in product development ideally in the field of high voltage systems.
• Preferably you are a trained designer (a) with a university of applied sciences degree or equivalent education and have relevant experience in high voltage development.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD preferably with the Inventor program.
• Additionally you have good English language skills both written and spoken enabling you to effortlessly interact with our international clients.
• You are willing to take on responsibility work resultsoriented and are particularly characterized by your openmindedness and strong team spirit.
