Tasks

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated International Business Management Intern to join our team. The intern will assist with researching venture capital opportunities conducting market research managing communications and handling contract management. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in venture development and to work closely with various departments within Apium Innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research on Venture Capitalists (VCs):

   Conduct indepth research on potential VC partners and investment opportunities.

   Analyze trends strategies and profiles of VCs relevant to Apium Innovations.

   Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings.

2. Market Research:

   Perform market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.

   Gather and analyze data on competitors customer demographics and market dynamics.

   Assist in the development of strategic market entry plans.

3. Client Communication:

   Act as a liaison between Apium Innovations and its clients ensuring clear and effective communication.

   Assist in the preparation of client presentations proposals and reports.

   Respond to client inquiries and provide support as needed.

4. Internal and External Communications:

   Manage internal communications to ensure team members are informed and aligned.

   Coordinate with external stakeholders including partners and service providers.

   Draft and distribute newsletters announcements and other communications.

5. Contract Management:

   Assist in drafting reviewing and managing contracts and agreements.

   Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

   Maintain organized records of all contractual documents and monitor key dates.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration International Business Management Finance Economics Law or a related field.

Strong analytical and research skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
