Description:

The EntryLevel HR Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting our Human Resources department. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or an individual looking to kickstart their career in HR. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and smooth operation of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and amp; Onboarding: and nbsp;Assist in the recruitment process including job postings screening resumes conducting initial interviews and coordinating onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: and nbsp;Support the HR team in handling employee inquiries addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Administration: and nbsp;Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Training and amp; Development: and nbsp;Coordinate training sessions track employee development plans and assist in the implementation of training programs.
  • Performance Management: and nbsp;Help in the administration of performance review processes and maintain performance records.
  • HR Projects: and nbsp;Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Communication Skills: and nbsp;Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential. Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Interpersonal Skills: and nbsp;Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Organizational Skills: and nbsp;Detailoriented with strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • ProblemSolving Skills: and nbsp;Proactive and solutionoriented mindset capable of handling sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Technical Skills: and nbsp;Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint). Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.
