Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in defining and delivering product features that enhance our urban sustainability solutions. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering design marketing and sales to ensure our products meet the needs of our users and align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Recitys mission and business objectives.
2.Roadmap Planning: Create and manage a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on market research user feedback and business value.
3.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements define product features and ensure alignment across teams.
4.Market Research: Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
5.UserCentric Design: Advocate for the enduser experience ensuring our products are intuitive engaging and meet the needs of our diverse user base.
6.Project Management: Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring timely and highquality delivery.
7.Metrics and Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data analytics to measure product success and inform future iterations.
8.Continuous Improvement: Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our product offerings.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
35 years of experience in product management preferably in the technology or urban sustainability sectors.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and experience with user research.
Excellent communication presentation and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced crossfunctional team environment.
Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA Trello or similar.
