Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management: Oversee the Front Office Management
department ensuring high standards in academic and practical training.
Academic Development: Develop and implement the curriculum ensuring
it is uptodate and relevant to current industry practices.
Teaching: Deliver highquality lectures and practical sessions using
innovative teaching methods to engage students.
Industry Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with
industry partners to facilitate internships placements and industry visits.
Content Creation: Develop academic content and resources including
writing blogs and creating social media content to enhance the
department's visibility and reputation.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the department meets all academic and
regulatory standards conducting regular reviews and assessments.
Student Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to students helping
them achieve their academic and career goals.
Research and Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and
advancements integrating them into the curriculum and departmental activities.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
Experience:
oSignificant experience in the hospitality industry specifically in Front
Office Management.
oPrevious experience as a Head of Department (HOD) in a reputed
organization.
oStrong background in teaching and academic administration.
Skills:
oExpertise in social media and blog writing.
oProficient in practical aspects of Front Office Management.
oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
oStrong organizational and leadership abilities.
Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of the hospitality industry with a focus on Front Office Management.
