Job Description
This is a remote position.
Join our missiondriven team to support various nonprofit organizations and make a real impact. This flexible workfromhome position allows you to manage your schedule while contributing to meaningful causes. We are expanding into commercial consumer and governmental sectors offering a variety of opportunities to showcase your skills.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months remote customer service experience OR 1 year brick and mortar call center experience
Excellent phone and people skills and able to provide excellent customer service
Windows computer REQUIRED
Quiet professional workspace
Be flexible and a team player
Ability to type at least 40 Word per minute
Intermediate level of computer proficiency

Set your own schedule
Pay rate of $.02 to $.32 per talk minute for Inbound phone work
Experienced call agents can earn up to $.35 per talk minute
Additional opportunities in email ticket and chat support with varied pay rates
