FullTime Cold Email Specialist
Company Overview: We are IntuitionLabs an AIfirst marketing agency providing a wide range of marketing services to B2B tech clients across North America. Our goal is to enhance our team by hiring a skilled Email Marketing Specialist focused on cold email outreach.
Position: Cold Email Specialist
Compensation:
- Monthly Salary: $2000 USD
- Base Salary: $1600 USD
- Performance Bonus: $400 USD (based on achieving KPIs and creating opportunities for our clients)
- Base Salary: $1600 USD
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage outbound email marketing campaigns under the guidance of our Marketing Director or Project Managers.
- Craft compelling outbound email copy and campaigns.
- Set up and warm up inboxes to ensure high deliverability scores.
- Diagnose and resolve any deliverability issues.
- Oversee the execution of outreach campaigns from inception to completion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in creating successful outbound email marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work during US hours specifically from 9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm Pacific Time Monday to Friday including a 1hour break.
- Experience working with US clients during US business hours.
- Fluent in English both writing and speaking.
- Strong background in email copywriting inbox setup deliverability management and campaign analytics.
- Techsavvy with a reliable internet connection a recent computer and a highquality headset.
