We are currently looking for a Project Control Officer with a financial analysis background for one of our clients in the insurance industry.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $55 to $70 based on experience.
6month contract with a strong possibility of extension
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Hybrid work: 3 days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday) 2 days remote

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams to analyze and report on the financial status of projects under the Digital Transformation program
Track and monitor benefits realized and also contribute to the development of benefits tracking mechanisms
Assist to build accurate and comprehensive cost estimates to support business casing and decisionmaking
Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure financial information and various other nonfinancial KPIs are aligned with project objectives and milestones
Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial reporting processes and tools
Support the Portfolio Oversight & Reporting team in providing financial insights and advice to project teams to drive effective financial management and decisionmaking
Schedule and attend meetings with project stakeholders to discuss financial status benefits tracking and cost estimation for ongoing and upcoming projects
Prepare updates and reports for leadership on the financial status and cost estimates of Digital Transformation projects
Extract actuals from financial systems and analyze data to provide insights for forecasting costs and benefits realization
Collaborate with project teams Global Program Manager & Portfolio Oversight & Reporting team to support decisionmaking by financial analysis
Update internal project reporting tools with accurate financial data and analysis
Assist Portfolio Oversight & Reporting team on cost estimation for new Digital Transformation projects to support business casing and decisionmaking
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor s Degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field
At least 2 years experience in project finance financial reporting and cost estimation
Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills with proven ability to engage with stakeholders in a large multinational enterprise context
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management tools
Excellent comprehension analytical and decisionmaking skills.
Highly organized and ability to multitask
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
Experience working on large scale digital transformation programs will be a big plus preferably with a dynamic global team
