Job Description
- Review technical and economic feasibility studies for largescale transportation projects (Roads highways bridges...).
- Assess projects to determine their suitability for funding.
- Contribute to the development of project evaluation reports.
- Review terms of reference for consultants and tender documents for contractors.
- Monitor and resolve issues in project execution.
- Participate in industry conferences and workshops.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Master s degree or PhD in Transportation Engineering.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience working on large scale transportation projects.
- Fluency in Arabic and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
