About Jetbro:
Jetbro is a dynamic digital agency specializing in bespoke development solutions for websites mobile applications and business applications. We are at the forefront of AIdriven projects offering innovative and cuttingedge solutions to our clients. With a focus on expanding our business internationally we seek a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive our growth outside India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets with a focus on websites mobile apps business applications and AIdriven projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company s presence globally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients partners and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate and close deals ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Represent Jetbro at industry events conferences and networking opportunities to enhance the company s visibility and brand.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities progress and results.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development sales or a similar role in the digital agency or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of bespoke development websites mobile applications and AIdriven projects.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing international clients.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with a preference for candidates based in or willing to travel to Ahmedabad.
  • Proactive resultsoriented and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and business development tools.
  • English fluency required; additional languages a plus.
