Job Description:

JR Sensing & Electronics Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll attendance PF ESI and statutory compliances.

Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing including salary benefits and deductions.
   
2. Attendance Management: Monitor and record employee attendance manage leave records and coordinate with department heads for any discrepancies.
   
3. Provident Fund (PF) & Employee State Insurance (ESI): Manage PF and ESI contributions ensure compliance with regulations and handle related queries.
   
4. Statutory Compliances: Ensure the company is in compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements.
   
5. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and queries regarding payroll benefits and other HRrelated matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  
• Proven experience in HR specifically in payroll and statutory compliances.
  
• Knowledge of labor laws and statutory regulations.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
