Requirements

As a Consultant specializing in Infor Visual ERP you will leverage your technical expertise to design and develop tailored solutions that address business requirements using Infor technologies. You will collaborate effectively with global and virtual project teams supporting multiple project phases. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

• System Customization and Enhancement: Modify the Infor Visual ERP system to align with specific business requirements. Develop custom scripts and modules to enhance the ERP systems functionality.
  
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Deliver advanced technical support for the ERP system addressing issues related to functionality performance and integration.
  
• System Integration: Design and implement integration solutions between Infor Visual ERP and other business systems (CRM SCM etc.) ensuring smooth data flow and process efficiency.
  
• Database Management: Oversee the SQL database ensuring optimal performance through maintenance backups and security measures.
  
• Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance speed and reliability.
  
• Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations customizations and integrations.
  
• Training and Guidance: Provide technical training and support to IT staff and endusers to ensure effective use and maintenance of the ERP system.
  

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (B.Tech BE BSc MCA)
  
• At least 4 years of proven experience managing and customizing Infor Visual ERP systems
  
• Experience as a team member or lead in at least one full implementation project
  
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java objectoriented programming and eventbased programming
  
• Experience developing data interfaces with any ERP package and a strong understanding of database concepts
  
• Proven ability to collaborate with clients on business process enhancements
  
• Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
  
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies
  
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management
  
• Experience with programming languages commonly used for ERP customization
  
• Excellent problemsolving and technical troubleshooting skills
  
• Strong project management and organizational skills
  
• Effective communication skills for working with crossfunctional teams
  

Preferred:

• Certifications in Infor Visual ERP solutions
  
• Experience with other ERP systems such as SAP Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics
  
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools and data analytics
