This is a remote position.


Schedule:
  • Parttime 20 hours per week
  • Company hours are MondayFriday 8am5pm (8pm5am Manila Time). 23 days a week would be sufficient to begin. Flexible on the time and specific days.

Job Description

As Office Manager you ll be the linchpin of our operations wielding stateoftheart construction management software to oversee critical business functions. From project estimating to financial analysis you ll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and supporting growth. This position offers a unique blend of administrative oversight and strategic input allowing you to develop a broad skill set while directly contributing to the company s success in a dynamic evolving industry.


Responsibilities
  • Master and operate Job Tread software for estimating timekeeping payroll and client communication
  • Manage company phone lines and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Process payroll and monitor employee time tracking
  • Conduct profit analysis on completed and ongoing projects
  • Assist with rental property management tasks
  • Prepare invoices and adjust estimates as needed
  • Organize purchase receipts and monitor company expenses
  • Provide administrative support to the owner
