Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with 3 to 6 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client deliverables mitigating risks overseeing budgets and leading project teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Management:
   

   • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope goals deliverables resources and timelines.
     
   • Coordinate and manage project activities ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
     

2. Client Relationship Management:
   

   • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients understanding their needs and ensuring project deliverables meet their expectations.
     
   • Conduct regular status meetings with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
     

3. Team Leadership:
   

   • Lead and motivate project teams assigning tasks setting deadlines and ensuring team members are working collaboratively and effectively.
     
   • Facilitate communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders.
     

4. Risk Management:
   

   • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
     
   • Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle making adjustments as necessary.
     

5. Budget Management:
   

   • Develop and manage project budgets ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
     
   • Monitor project expenditures and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
     

6. Quality Assurance:
   

   • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
     
   • Implement quality control processes and perform regular quality assessments.
     

7. Reporting and Documentation:
   

   • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports risk logs and meeting minutes.
     
   • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
     

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
  
• 3 to 6 years of experience in project management within the IT industry.
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
  
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
  
• Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills.
  
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  
• Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA Trello).
  
• PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is a plus.
