MK Resourcing are proudly working with a CARDIFF based law firm to source a Solicitor / Legal Associate Employment Law
About the opportunity
Within this exciting and varied role you will be providing advice to employers drafting HR policies offering corporate and commercial support and tribunal litigation.
This role will also offer advice to employees advising on settlement agreements harassment and discrimination in the workplace as well as many other related tasks.
About you
- Approx. 3 Years Post Qualified employment law experience as a qualified solicitor.
- Experience working with and acting on behalf of individuals will be advantageous.
- TUPE advice.
- Discrimination claims.
- Settlement agreements.
- Business Restructuring / Redundancies.
- Employment Tribunal litigation.
- Social Media knowledge to contribute to the firms channels.
