Urgent hiring for Ticketing & Reservation Executive
Responsibilities
- Booking of domestic and international flight tickets
- Follow and track bookings in a queue for ticket issuance
- Processing refund of air tickets/cancellation
- Processing special service requests
- Maintain daily MIS and records
- Must be able to fetch the rates from multiple airlines and providing the best possible deal
- help passengers to plan
Requirements
- Graduate & undergraduate both can apply
- Fresher & experience both can apply
- Age limit 18 to 27 years
- Must be flexible to work over weekends & in rotational shifts
