Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Key responsibilities:

• Proven work experience as a backend developer
  
• Handson experience on Java (Java 8 is MUST)
  
• Strong knowledge of Spring framework Spring Boot and RESTful API design
  
• Experience with MySQL and JSON
  
• Familiarity with version control systems especially Git
  
• Working knowledge of Maven for project management
  
• Adherence to coding conventions and best practices
  
• Excellent analytical and debugging skills
  

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

• Knowledge of Elastic search for advanced search capabilities
  
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker
  
• Familiarity with ReactJS and NodeJS
  

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Thorough understanding of React.js and Node.js and their core principles. Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript. Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds. Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js) Familiarity with RESTful APIs. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. A knack for benchmarking and optimization. Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN.
