Job Description

  • Review technical and economic feasibility studies for largescale waterrelated projects.
  • Evaluate projects to determine their eligibility for funding.
  • Contribute to the preparation of project evaluation reports.
  • Review terms of reference for consultants and tender documents for contractors.
  • Monitor project progress identify issues and work to resolve them.
  • Participate in relevant conferences and workshops to stay updated on industry developments.



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Master s degree or PhD in Water Engineering.
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience managing largescale waterrelated projects (Water Supply Projects Wastewater Management Projects Flood Management Projects Water Resource Development Projects...).
  • Strong financial acumen with a proven ability to manage and analyze project budgets and financial reports.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with experience in assessing financial risks and opportunities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders and presenting financial information.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
