- Review technical and economic feasibility studies for largescale waterrelated projects.
- Evaluate projects to determine their eligibility for funding.
- Contribute to the preparation of project evaluation reports.
- Review terms of reference for consultants and tender documents for contractors.
- Monitor project progress identify issues and work to resolve them.
- Participate in relevant conferences and workshops to stay updated on industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Master s degree or PhD in Water Engineering.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience managing largescale waterrelated projects (Water Supply Projects Wastewater Management Projects Flood Management Projects Water Resource Development Projects...).
- Strong financial acumen with a proven ability to manage and analyze project budgets and financial reports.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with experience in assessing financial risks and opportunities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders and presenting financial information.
- Fluency in Arabic and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
