Our client have an innovative platform that streamlines various aspects of residential property investment for institutional investors. This platform integrates AI and human expertise to simplify processes such as asset selection valuation strategic transformation and property and letting management.

They are expanding and hiring an experience Data Engineer with at least 2 years experience to join their team in the London office. The successful Data Engineer will design build and maintain data pipelines transforming data from hundreds of thousands of property listings every day and using AI and machine learning to enhance our data.

Requirements

Main Tasks:

• Keep our data pipeline running smoothly.
  
• Handle PostgreSQL databases.
  
• Process data from many sources.
  
• Use AI and Machine Learning to make our data and models better.
  

Requirements:

• Skilled in Python Pandas and SQL.
  
• Know ETL processes and data warehousing.
  
• Good problemsolver and communicator.
  
• 2 years of relevant experience.
  
• Work in our central London office 5 days a week.
  

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with AWS or other cloud services (S3 RDS Lambda EC2).
  
• Familiar with machine learning frameworks.
