We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Product Development Manager to oversee the entire product development and iteration life cycle based on the needs of the business department. This role requires a deep understanding of furniture categories strong design and production skills and familiarity with the supply chain. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in crossborder ecommerce particularly in North American furniture categories and will possess strong logical thinking and problemsolving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Development and Lifecycle Management:

   • Manage the entire process of product development and iteration life cycle in Vietnam.
   • Work closely with the business department to understand and meet product needs and requirements.
   • Oversee the design proofing and production processes to ensure product quality and timelines.

2. Design and Drawing:

   • Utilize independent product development and drawing capabilities to create innovative and functional designs.
   • Ensure designs meet market demands and align with business objectives.

3. Category Expertise and Supply Chain Management:

   • Specialize in panel solid wood iron or upholstered furniture categories with a focus on upholstered beds and iron beds.
   • Leverage experience in North American furniture categories to enhance product offerings.
   • Utilize extensive knowledge of Vietnam supply chain factory resources to optimize production and quality.

4. CrossBorder ECommerce:

   • Apply over 20 years of experience in crossborder ecommerce to drive product success in international markets.
   • Stay informed about market trends and consumer preferences to ensure products remain competitive.

5. Problem Solving and Adaptability:

   • Exhibit strong logical thinking ability to undertake and solve complex tasks.
   • Demonstrate a proactive attitude strong sense of responsibility and excellent adaptability.
   • Maintain the ability to withstand work pressure and meet project deadlines effectively.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:

   • College degree or above with a fulltime undergraduate degree in related majors preferred.

2. Experience and Skills:

   • Independent product development and drawing capabilities.
   • Familiarity with the entire process from design to proofing and production.
   • Extensive experience in furniture categories especially upholstered and iron beds.
   • Knowledge of supply chain factory resources.
   • Experience in North American furniture categories is a plus.
   • Over 20 years of experience in crossborder ecommerce preferred.
