Job Description
- Lead the creation of visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print media.
- Collaborate with the marketing and neuromarketing teams to develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns.
- Design sophisticated marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures, banners, and advertisements.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all design projects, maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements and deliver tailored, impactful solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and neuromarketing technologies to continually bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Mentor and guide junior graphic artists, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Assist in the creation of visual content for websites, landing pages, and email campaigns, with a focus on neuromarketing principles.
- Prepare and optimize graphics for web and print, ensuring high quality and efficient production.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of excellence
