Job Description
To float the queries for Civil and MEP Items to different suppliers for the purpose of quotations.
To prepare all comparative statements to facilitate final negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors and issuance of orders.
To ensure proper coordination with suppliers for in time delivery of the material in accordance with agreed terms and conditions.
To update the status of progress regarding coordination with suppliers and sub contractors and delivery of items as per agreed schedules.
Weekly project procurement status update.
Any other assignment given by the management
