Job Description
- Supplier Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive supplier management strategy aligned with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. This includes supplier segmentation, selection, and ongoing evaluation.
- Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. Foster collaboration, trust, and transparency to maximize value creation and innovation opportunities.
- Contract Negotiation and Management: Lead contract negotiations with suppliers to establish favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, delivery schedules, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs). Ensure contracts are well-drafted, compliant, and regularly reviewed.
