Job Description
- Monitoring and Reporting: Implement systems and processes to monitor compliance activities and risk management efforts. Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and the board of directors on the status of risk management and compliance initiatives.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate internal and external audits related to risk management and compliance. Work with audit teams to address findings and recommendations, ensuring timely resolution and improvement actions.
- Crisis and Incident Management: Develop and implement plans for crisis management and response to incidents. Lead investigations into compliance breaches or incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, legal counsel, finance, IT, and operations teams, to address risk and compliance issues. Serve as a resource and advisor on risk-related matters.
