Job Description
- Contract Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive contract management strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. This includes establishing policies, procedures, and best practices for contract creation, execution, and management.
- Contract Negotiation and Drafting: Lead contract negotiations with external parties to establish favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, scope of work, delivery schedules, and service level agreements (SLAs). Draft and review complex contracts to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
