Job Description
Purchase or sale due diligence: you will perform the analysis of the main financial metrics with an impact on valuation (EBITDA, net financial debt, working capital, cash flow) as well as the evolution of the main KPIs and ratios specific to each business.- You will advise the buyer on price adjustment mechanisms.
- Vendor assistance: you will support the seller and their M&A advisors in preparing financial information and anticipating risks during the process of selling a business.
- You will participate in design, planning and implementation services in business branch spin-off processes.
- Business plan analysis: you will review the business risks and opportunities reflected in the financial projections based on historical analysis and sector knowledge.
- You will advise on the takeover of the investments of venture capital funds, family offices or corporations by analysing the main management/reporting indicators.
- How do we imagine you?
- Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, double degree with Law or Engineering.
- 6-7 years of experience in the professional services sector such as auditing, financial risks, transactions or corporate finance, as well as in financial, strategy or corporate development departments of other companies.
- High english level.
