Job Description

  • Job Description

    Junior Blockchain Engineer

    Must have experience in web development. Blockchain specifically is an added bonus.

    Remote position but prefers talent in Toronto. May be open to talent in Canada if right skill set.

    What you'll be working on
  • Developing smart contracts using tools like Solidity, Hardhat, Foundry, etc.
  • Improving the smart contract build, test and deploy life cycle
  • Integrating blockchain technologies into existing products
  • Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design, development and testing of blockchain solutions
  • Help build blockchain infrastructure and develop blockchain-based features
  • Conduct research on emerging blockchain platforms and technologies
  • Collaborate with other teams to implement blockchain where applicable
  • Requirements
  • Basic understanding of web development and software engineering principles
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language like JavaScript, Java etc.
  • Passion for learning new technologies with a can-do attitude
  • Problem solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred
