Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner have excellent problemsolving skills and be passionate about the healthcare industry. As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with skilled nursing facilities identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets. LPNs and LVNs are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with skilled nursing facilities and other healthcare providers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service handling inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Understand the nuances and needs of the skilled nursing sector.
  • Network with industry professionals to expand business opportunities.
  • Present Quinables staffing solutions to potential clients and demonstrate the value we bring to their facilities.

Qualifications:

  • LPN or LVN certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in or with skilled nursing facilities.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare and skilled nursing industry in Insert City.
  • Excellent problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for interacting with people.
  • Friendly empathetic and customeroriented.
  • Strong interest and enthusiasm for sales and achieving targets.
  • Exceptional networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Business development skills to identify and pursue new opportunities.
