Job Description
Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment and machinery, including batching plants, ice plant, mixer trucks, pumps, and auxiliary equipment
Evaluate the need for repair or replacement of machinery components.
Coordinate with other department heads to align maintenance activities with production schedules.
Technical Tasks:
Perform routine checks and maintenance procedures on mixer trucks, conveyors, batching plants, pumps, and other equipment.
Oversee all maintenance, repair, and installation activities to ensure they meet company standards and safety regulations.
