Job Description
.
Supervise the ELV maintenance team to ensure high-performance delivery
.
Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance tasks for ELV systems, including BMS, fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and other security systems
.
Ensure compliance with ELV codes and safety regulations
.
Conduct regular inspections and coordinate necessary repairs
.
Oversee quality control of ELV installations and repairs
.
Train, mentor, and supervise ELV technicians to maintain high standards of performance and safety
.
Manage work orders, maintenance records, and budgets
