What youll do:

Experience in account management a good understanding of partner business and ecosystem.

Experience and/ or exposure to technical support environments and/ or customer/ partner escalations.

Experience and passion for Partner/ Customer experience; commitment to deliver with excellence make a difference to our partners and customers.

Ability to influence and interact with all organizational levels and stakeholders; ability to influence without authority by applying communication strategies followthrough actions and fostering a collaborative working environment; ability to deliver impact remotely.

Excellent at prioritization and time management with the ability to followthrough to meet objectives and OKRs.

Experience/ expertise in prioritizing tasks identifying and focusing on the true objectives of partner engagement through ASfP services.

Making good timely decisions in relatively complex cases and in situations with uncertainty or pressure.

Experience in working across cultural and organizational boundaries and operating successfully in a dynamic business environment.

Strong team player with exceptional networking skills with ability to deliver impact remotely.

Training days : 11 days paid (8 hours per day)

Monthly Gross Salary: 1227.33 includes variable bonus meal allowance christmas allowance holiday allownce.

Employment Term Contract with a foreseeable duration of 12 months extended for up to an additional 12 months.

Requirements to join the team:

Fluency in English other languages are a plus.

Knowledge of Microsofts product portfolio and processes

Time management as well as a strong analytical ability.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and taking important decisions under pressure.

Hold EU ID or Ressidence card
