We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Motorsports (F1 NASCAR) Assistant Content Manager to join our dynamic content team. This role will support the Motorsports Content Manager in creating curating and managing highquality content focused on Formula 1 and NASCAR. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of these motorsports excellent writing skills and a strong ability to engage and grow our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:

• Assist in planning creating and publishing engaging and informative content related to F1 and NASCAR.
  

• Write and edit articles features and news stories that resonate with motorsports fans.
  

• Collaborate with writers editors and designers to ensure timely delivery of content.
  

Audience Engagement:

• Monitor and respond to audience feedback and comments on various platforms.
  

• Utilize social media channels to promote content and engage with the motorsports community.
  

• Implement strategies to increase audience interaction and content reach.
  

Research and Analysis:

• Stay updated with the latest news trends and developments in F1 and NASCAR.
  

• Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
  

• Analyze content performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement.
  

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Motorsports Content Manager to align content strategy with overall company goals.
  

• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including marketing SEO and design to enhance content visibility and engagement.
  

• Provide support in managing freelance writers and contributors.
  

Requirements

• Deep passion for and knowledge of Formula 1 and NASCAR.
  

• Exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills.
  

• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization.
  

• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
