Business Development Manager

• Develop new business opportunities with potential customers at all stages of the sales cycle including targeting prospecting and presenting business propositions.
  

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  

• Plan for lead generation and lead processing through calls and visits.
  

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  

• Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
  

• Keep records of sales revenue invoices etc.
  

• Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers.
  

• Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization. He should look forward to generating new opportunities for the organization.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent
  

• 5 to 8 Years of Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant one.
  

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  

• Respond with a sense of urgency and deal with confidential information.
  

• Enthusiastic and should be taking initiative.
  

• Physical abilities.
