Lead Engineer - Flawless QAQC

Identify and address flaws in processes systems or products

Develop and implement plans to mitigate identified flaws

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure flaw mitigation strategies are effectively executed

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of flaw mitigation plans

Communicate flaw mitigation progress and outcomes to stakeholders

Requirements:

Strong problemsolving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Proven experience in flaw identification and mitigation

Knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a similar industry. Technical Skills: Proficient in mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and other relevant tools. Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
