Job Description
Seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to work night shifts within a 60mile radius of the designated facility. This position requires a valid NY RN license and BLS certification. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive care for residents with varying acuity levels collaborating with medical providers for ER transfers conducting thorough assessments assisting with admissions and ensuring accurate medication administration through PointClickCare EMAR system. Experience with long term care short term care and dementia patients preferred. No trachs or vents. Registered Nurse - LTC (Nursing)
