Job Description

On behalf our client we are looking for HR assistant Manager

Job summary :

The HR Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources department by managing daytoday HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR activities. This position involves collaborating with the HR Manager to implement HR policies and programs handling employee relations overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Assistant Manager will also be responsible for maintaining employee records assisting in performance management and contributing to the development of a positive workplace culture.



Responsibilities :

  • Assisting with daytoday operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
  • Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Manage the staffing process interviewing hiring and onboarding.
  • Ensure job descriptions employees grading structure and organizational charts are up to date.
  • Manage company s performance management system.
  • Manage employees issues & conflicts and brings them to resolution.
  • Ensure the organization in compliance with the state regulations.
  • Develop HR policies if need be and ensure existing ones are applied consistently.
  • Manage employees payroll and benefits.
  • Manage training and development including talent management programs
  • Manage the staffing process interviewing hiring and onboarding.

  • Assures the maintenance of human resource data bases and related employee records
  • Collective agreements and District policies.
  • Prepares and updates spreadsheets utilized in budget preparation relating to collective bargaining.
  • Works closely with the HRD during the recruitment and selection of new hires and promotional positions including preparing and posting of announcements test and assessment center development evaluation of applications and documents.
  • Recommends salary ranges gathering compiling and analyzing the salary and benefits of comparable positions.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR staff.


Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
  • 810 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
  • Good knowledge of all HR functions.
  • Excellent command of English
  • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
