Position Overview:

As a GermanSpeaking Marketing Consultant you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their marketing goals through the effective use of Google Ads products. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs develop tailored marketing strategies and optimize their advertising campaigns. Your fluency in German and proficiency in English will be essential for effective communication with our diverse client base. This position offers a hybrid work model combining remote work flexibility with the collaborative environment of our Barcelona office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation and Strategy Development:
   • Conduct detailed consultations with Germanspeaking clients to understand their business goals and marketing needs.
   • Develop customized marketing strategies and plans utilizing Google Ads products to achieve client objectives.
   • Present and explain marketing strategies to clients ensuring they comprehend the benefits and expected outcomes.
2. Campaign Management and Optimization:
   • Set up manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for clients ensuring maximum ROI.
   • Monitor campaign performance analyze key metrics and make datadriven adjustments to enhance results.
   • Provide clients with regular performance reports highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
3. Client Support and Relationship Management:
   • Offer exceptional support to clients promptly addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues.
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
   • Conduct regular checkins and reviews with clients to discuss campaign performance and future strategies.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
   • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and emerging opportunities.
   • Analyze market data and client feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Collaborate with internal teams including sales product development and customer support to align strategies and achieve business goals.
   • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders ensuring clear and transparent communication at all times.
   • Participate in team meetings training sessions and industry events to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in digital marketing.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
   • Maintain accurate records of client interactions campaign details and performance metrics in our CRM system.
   • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities campaign performance and client feedback to management.

Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency:
  • Fluent in German (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
• Skills and Experience:
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Experience in marketing advertising or a related field is advantageous but not required for junior profiles.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads products and digital marketing is a plus.
