Our client is a startup in Malaysia with a longstanding presence in Australia specializing in the vegetables and meat industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales executives
- Discuss maintain and nurture professional relationships with clients wholesale
- Keep wholesaler updated on new company products and collaborate with them to develop new products tailored to regional demands
- Develop and manage processes and procedures to support distributor operations (advertising & promotional spend )A&P stock management and product visibility ensuring target achievements and executing promotional support.
- Enhance business terms marketing activities and overall stock control to optimize sales performance and achieve business plans.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify costsaving and revenuegenerating opportunities and ensure sustainability management.
- Analyze market intelligence reports to identify new business opportunities and maintain an efficient portfolio.
- Provide necessary training and presentations to wholesalers and their staff to enhance their understanding of company products.
- Manage monthly collections closely and providing timely problemsolving solutions
- Supervise the logistics to ensure freight arrangements and prevent delivery disruptions.
- Participate in preparing contracts with suppliers and wholesalers according to respective countries regulations.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and deliver management presentations and contribute to yearly business plans and other requested reports or analyses.
- Plan and manage local and overseas exhibitions to promote and expand into new markets providing support to distributors participating in exhibitions.
- Undertake the responsibilities of the Head of Department when necessary or in their absence.
- Manage a team of 5 Sales Executive

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing Sales Mass Communication or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field preferably in the FastMoving Consumer Goods industry.
- Resultsoriented with a proactive to enquiries and followups.
- Well organised and disciplined.
- Work in a fast speed environment.
- Excellent communications and business development skills.
- Selfdriven highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel locally and overseas.
- Immediate availability is advantageous.
