Our Client is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their call center team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish providing exceptional service to callers with inquiries about licensing payments website navigation compliance and accounts. This role involves answering and handling general information calls as well as reviewing and entering information into the boards database systems.
This is a 3 month contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls in both English and Spanish.
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding licensing payments website issues compliance and account inquiries.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Accurately review input and update information in the boards database systems.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of board policies procedures and services to provide informed responses to callers.
- Follow up with callers as needed to ensure their questions are answered and issues resolved.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on changes in board regulations and services.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software including MS Office and database management tools.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Working Conditions:
- Office environment within a call center setting.
- Regular fulltime position the office is typical working hours from 8am 5pm.
