Our community organizes monthly social sports and mastermind events along with inviting guest speakers both in the city of Lisbon and our community house Y Country House.

Job Description

• Plan promote and organize monthly social sports and mastermind events for the community.
• Curate engaging content for social media platforms to increase community interaction and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with guest speakers and manage logistics for their appearances at events.
• Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations and businesses to enhance the communitys offerings.
• Maintain communication channels with community members to foster strong relationships and ensure active participation.
• Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Requirements

• Candidates must be located in Lisbon Portugal.
• Prior experience in community management event organization or related fields.
• Excellent content creation skills.
• Fluent English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
