As a member of our team you will facilitate the development of dashboards and visualizations to visualize progress on various Modernization strategies. Most of the data resides in SharePoint Lists that are part of a wellarchitected data model. US Citizen with an Secret clearance is MANDATORY. Masters with 12 years in relevant field experience

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in creating and integrating analytics for cyber workforce statutory and policy reporting.
• Ensure alignment with existing reporting requirements and standards.
• Conduct ongoing studies and analyses of cyber compensation trends in both private and public sectors.
• Utilize commercial labor market surveys and departmental workforce data to evaluate the impact of compensation trends on recruitment and retention within key cyber mission areas.
• Support the development and maintenance of analytic tools for tracking cyber personnel and positions.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
• Analyze and document existing data data flows data requirements and reporting needs
• Work with data owners to curate data and understand what they want to know from their data
