Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for a meticulous and highly motivated Italian Speaking Content Moderator to enhance our team in Porto. In this role you will be instrumental in safeguarding the quality and safety of usergenerated content on a variety of platforms. Your primary task will be to meticulously review and moderate content to ensure it aligns with our community guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Monitoring and Review: Scrutinize and review usergenerated content including text images and videos to ensure they comply with established community standards and policies.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold the integrity of the platform by consistently removing harmful inappropriate or offensive content.
• User Assistance: Provide support to users by addressing their concerns and resolving contentrelated issues efficiently and professionally.
• Policy Enforcement: Apply community guidelines and policies rigorously and consistently to all content reviewed ensuring a safe and respectful online environment.
• Reporting and Documentation: Accurately document and report trends issues and feedback to the management team to help improve and refine moderation processes.
• Collaboration: Work cohesively with other content moderators and team leaders sharing insights and best practices to enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Exceptional proficiency in Italian with the ability to communicate effectively in English at a B2 level or above.
• DetailOriented: Strong observational skills with the ability to identify small yet critical details in content.
• Adaptability: Capable of handling sensitive and potentially distressing content with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both Italian and English.
• ProblemSolving: Robust problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative fastpaced team environment.
• Experience: Previous experience in content moderation customer service or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
