Job Description

As we continue to expand we are looking for enthusiastic customerfocused individuals to join our team in Malta.

Position Overview:

We are in search of a highly motivated Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor to offer exceptional customer support via email and chat. This role is hybrid with 2 days working in the office and 3 days remotely each week. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers resolving issues and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. While prior experience in customer support is a plus it is not required as we provide comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quickly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
  • Assist customers with placing orders addressing product questions and troubleshooting issues.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about products services and company policies.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously.
  • Work with other departments to address and resolve complex issues ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints.
  • Continuously enhance job knowledge through participation in training sessions and educational opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Norwegian and English both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and quick thinking.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with ecommerce platforms are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is beneficial but not required.
