Position Overview:

As a SwedishSpeaking Customer Advisor you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive topnotch service and support. Working alongside a diverse team of professionals you will assist customers with their inquiries provide product information and resolve any issues they may encounter. Your attention to detail and language skills will be essential in maintaining high customer satisfaction and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to Swedishspeaking clients via phone email and live chat.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of our products and services to offer accurate information to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Gather and document customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
  • Accurately log and document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Prepare and provide regular reports on customer support activities and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide timely and relevant information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in spoken and written Swedish is essential with a minimum B2 proficiency in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous but not required.
  • Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate customer support tools and software.
