Hebrew Speaking Content Moderator For Social Media Platform

Job Title: Content Moderator for Social Media Project (Hebrew Market)

Location: Onsite

Overview: Join one of the biggest BPO companies and work with a leading social media company to create a safer and more engaging online environment. We are seeking meticulous and dedicated Content Moderators to join our team for the Hebrew market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Review: Monitor and manage social media content (text images videos audio) to ensure adherence to community guidelines and policies.
• Content Moderation: Remove offensive inappropriate and harmful content before it reaches users ensuring a safe online space.
• Detailed Analysis: Analyze comments user appeals and posts to identify and address policy violations.
• 24/7 Support: Provide roundtheclock service on a rotational shift basis to maintain continuous platform safety.

Essential Requirements:

• Language Skills: Nativelevel fluency in Hebrew and proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Resilience: Ability to handle and moderate sensitive content including vulgar content violence pornography and fake news.
• Social Media Savvy: Good understanding of social media platforms and their guidelines.

Training Program:

• Duration: 15 working days (8 hours per day) conducted in English.
• Comprehensive Training: Includes integration into the team new software programs client products and services customer management and onthejob training.
• Compensation: Weekly training allowance of 141.20EUR .

Compensation and Benefits:

• Health Insurance since day one of Employment Contract.
• Companyprovided accommodation (if you are located 100km from Lisbon and need a nice place to stay)
• Meal Allowance Paid by debit card (card is provided by the HR team)
  to benefit from tax exemption. It can be used in different
  establishments including restaurants cafeterias and supermarkets.
• Income Tax and Social Security Tax. Amounts to be withhold from
  your Total Gross Compensation (excluding meal allowance). The
  applicable Income tax is subject to each employee profile (salary
  amount number of children marital status etc.). The Social Security
  tax is a flatrate tax of 11%.
• Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern 24/7.
• Holidays: Portuguese public holidays apply. Compensation days provided if working on a public holiday. Annual holiday entitlement of 22 days per year as per Portuguese law.

Employment Procedure:

• Training Agreement: Sign the training agreement on the first day detailing salary schedule and training duration.
• Contract Signing: Successful completion of training leads to a work contract signed on the last day of training or the following workday.
• Training Compensation: Provided proportionally for those who complete the training.
