About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dynamic Registered Nurse Psych (Psychiatric Nurse) to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll provide specialized nursing care to patients with mental illness or emotional disorders. If youre passionate about mental health care and have the necessary experience and qualifications we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

• Gauge patients psychiatric states.
• Collaborate on psychiatric intervention plans.
• Administer psychotropic and similar medications.
• Monitor adherence to nonmedicinal treatment regimens.
• Remove potentially harmful and triggering environmental features.
• Restrain console and sometimes medicate highly unsettled patients.
• Record patients health journeys and report on notable alterations.
• Conduct targeted psychoeducation particularly within families.

What You Bring:

• Associate or bachelors degree in nursing (bachelors preferred).
• Current registered nurse (RN) license.
• PsychiatricMental Health Nurse PractitionerBoard Certified (PMHNPBC) is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Familiarity with cultural perceptions about psychiatric difficulties.
• Wellhoned triaging diagnostic and clinical judgment capacities.
• Superb interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilience immense empathy and resolution.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
