The Position

LIZY is looking for a motivated and polyvalent Head of Corporate Finance to join our team.

• Youll get the entrepreneurial challenge of a lifetime while being able to start with a proven business model and strong investors (Alychlo (Marc Coucke) DIeteren and NewAlpha).
• You will play a crucial role in equity debt and mezzanine financing rounds (including screening for parties due diligence process negotiations contracting etc.) as well as the strategic development of financing in multiple countries.
• You will develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys growth and profitability and will align financial goals with overall business objectives.
• You will lead the budgeting and forecasting process to anticipate future financial needs and performance.
• Youll collaborate closely with CEO CFO and local senior management.
• Youll be involved in discussions and reporting to investors financial institutions and other stakeholders and build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders.
• Youll develop financial models to project future performance and assess the financial impact of various scenarios and will monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.

About you

• Experience: You have 5 years of corporate finance experience as a top performer in a highgrowth environment toptier consulting firm or corporate/banking environment.

• Communicative: You are a strong communicator but above all you listen and interpret well.
• Fluent in French and English.
