User Device Solutions- Team Lead

I am working on behalf of a Swiss IT services company who is recruiting for a Team Lead to work with their User Device Solutions team. This is a new role with one of my customers in the world of Swiss IT outsourcing the position will be focused on leading a team of 10 engineers across MS Digital Workplace solutions and Virtualization technologies.

Tasks

• Cross team collaboration
• Responsible for the performance description and cost calculations of the products and services
• Promote both the technical expertise and the personal development of your team members
• Planning and strategic implementation of innovative technologies for digital transformation projects that you and your team will work on
• Liaising with clients undestanding and translating requirements
• Pitching to new clients

Requirements

• Fluent German as this is the working language
• Strong tehcnical knowledge of Workplace and Citrix
• Experienced leading a team
• Comfortable communicating with and presenting to new and existing clients
• Analytical expertise for translating requirements
• Evidence of a customer orientated way of working
