Job Summary: The Call Center Customer Service Assistant will handle inbound and outbound calls assist customers with inquiries provide solutions to issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Address customer inquiries concerns and complaints with patience and empathy.
- Provide accurate information regarding products services and company policies.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer service database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Meet performance metrics and targets including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge company updates and industry trends.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Proficiency in using customer service software databases and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
